I arrived at Ark Twin Valley Personal Care Home on May 24, 2014. The building itself is beautiful and when I went inside I was greeted warmly. My room is large and sunny. When we don't feel well it's quickly taken care of. So many things to tell, but I'll save that for later. Bye for now, Ca
Working in the healthcare field is a stressful job, but at the end of the day, we get to go home and leave the worries of the job until we come back to work. Having said that, we truly understand the role of caregivers in the home.

Hot water is better than cold water for effective handwashing Scientists have found that various temperatures had "no effect on transient or resident bacterial reduction." Not only does hot water not show any benefit, but it might increase the "irritant capacity" of some soaps, causing dermatitis.
