Moving Day

I would like to thank the staff of Ark for making transition of homes so smooth for our precious loved one, Nancy H. Nancy came from another facility, in Greensburg, and the experience was traumatic to her. She entered Ark, in January, and since has calmed down so much. Ark is a much quieter environment than from where she came. The other facility would always tell families, “We are not a one-on-one facility.” Our Nancy needs more help now and Ark has (and continues to) provide this, albeit with loving hearts. I am so thankful for the care she receives and that they will be keeping her until she closes her eyes and moves to the next life. Thank You – Lee, Pam, Jennifer, Chelsea, Andrea and all of the staff for consistent loving care for these precious people!
